Bonaventure Construction is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager with extensive commercial or multifamily construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and problem solver who can manage significant projects and oversee multiple managers while cultivating Bonaventure’s reputation as a premier builder in the senior housing market. 

Position Overview:

The Senior Construction Project Manager is focused on the management of multiple on-site Construction Managers and projects (occurring simultaneously), and has the overall responsibility for project performance, taking each one from concept to completion. This individual will provide oversight and accountability, keeping various projects and Construction Managers on track, on time and on budget for completion. They will place the utmost importance on proactive and effective communication, attention to detail, and prompt follow through to ensure quality control and compliance with Bonaventure’s standards.

 

Qualifications/Abilities for this Position:

 

  • Able to multi task and manage multiple Construction Managers and projects seamlessly
  • Able to prepare and manage multiple construction schedules
  • Able to develop bid packages
  • Identify & pre-qualify bidders
  • Strong time management skills; deadline and detail oriented
  • Experience with contract negotiations and documentation
  • Manage all facets of a construction project from beginning to end
