Paving Superintendent– Non Union- The Paving Superintendent is responsible for the day to day operations of the paving crews in their area.
Responsible for the scheduling of crews and daily labor management. Responsible for the scheduling of equipment needs for each crew for all Area Paving projects. Responsible for the scheduling of Subcontractors on Paving projects. Manage Quality Control for all Area Paving operations. Manage Daily quantity control with Forepersons, Owners and engineers. Maintain safety awareness for all Paving crews in the area assigned to. Responsible for the completion of daily progress reports by use of a laptop and the Field Reporting system. Assist Forepersons on production requirements daily. Monitor and Manage daily trucking requirements and operations. Assist in enforcement of all Company Policies and Procedures. Direct Tack Truck dispatching.

Qualifications for Applicants:
Experience and Education pertaining to the industry is a plus but is not required. Training can be administered within the company. Skills in communication, organizational, leadership and planning are required.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Time management and communication are key to success.
Salary Type: Per Week
Salary Range: Negotiable
